Saluting Rare Disease Innovators: NORD 2011 Celebration
On May 17, NORD hosted its 2011 Partners in Progress Celebration at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington DC. At this annual event, NORD honors individuals, patient organizations, government officials, and companies for innovative accomplishments related to rare diseases and orphan products. Approximately 450 people attended the 2011 celebration, representing all stakeholders within the rare disease community. Read the press release.
