The Southeastern Hereditary Colorectal Cancer Registry is a part of University Health Care System in Augusta, Georgia. It was established to provide a mechanism for the systematic identification of individuals at risk for both familial polyposis and hereditary colorectal cancers, and to provide education to physicians, medical personnel, patients, and patients' families. Genetic testing and counseling are also provided.
