The Eating Disorders Association of Queensland, Australia, is a non-profit organization funded by the Statewide Health and Non-Governmental Services Unit of Queensland Health. It provides information, support, and referral services for the state of Queensland. Its purpose is to improve intervention, education, and support for people affected by eating disorders, raise community awareness about the prevalence and seriousness of the disorders, and work toward the prevention of eating disorders in our society.
