The Syndromes Without A Name USA (SWAN USA) is a non-profit, voluntary organization whose mission is to provide support, information and connections to families of children with undiagnosed medical conditions. By promoting programs that increase awareness, respect, understanding and improvement of the quality of life of these children, SWAN USA hopes to empower families to create a safe environment and protect the welfare of those living without a diagnosis.
